Patna Still Submerged : Bihar Floods Wrecks Havoc

There have been more than 110 deaths in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh as heavy rain damages life and property in the eastern part of the country. Recently 14 people have also been killed in incidents such as house collapse, tree uprooted and more. Boats from NDRF (National Disaster Response Force) have been spotted all over – they are in their rescue mission.

PM Modi has extended help to the states for rehabilitation and rescue missions. The flood waters have entered hospitals, jails and offices disrupting regular life and profession. Owing to devastation, relief material has also been airdropped in Patna. Meanwhile Rahul Gandhi urges his Congressmen to join the relief work.
