Jon Snow a.k.a Kit Harington, has now registered in a therapy session because he couldn’t deal with the stress and the alcohol consumption that took the better of him as the show ended.

Kit Harington played the character of Jon Snow, the man who knows nothing. His character on screen was honest, he was someone without spirals. In the last season he murdered his co-actress Danerys on screen, and was sent to exile. The show ended abruptly there, with Bran declared ruler, Sansa queen in the North, and Arya out to explore what’s West of Westeros.

A friend has confirmed the information that at the end of the decade as the show ends, it hit Kit so hard, that he couldn’t take it. His friend also reported that his wife, who he married from the sets of Game of Thrones is being extremely supportive.

The British actor has been undergoing extensive therapy, and he has been practicing mindful meditation. He is trying to combat with negative stress and emotions, and all of this is costing him more than USD 120,000 a month.

He seems to have suddenly realized that this is it, and that he can’t think ahead. He still seems to question what’s next.

All of these reactions started as the camera recorded Kit’s expressions while reading the script for the last time. He seemed to be absolutely devastated.

He read through the script to realize that his character would murder Dany to save the kingdoms from her tyranny.

Harington himself seemed to have reported that he was shocked with the way events had turned out – he was not prepared for it.

So much for really connecting to the character, that he now needs to outgrow it!
