Fresh Yoghurt is a delight, but Frozen isn’t. The Frozen Yoghurt doesn’t have any live culture that is good for your colon. Also, the taste of frozen yoghurt is not marketable, so producers or manufacturers often add loads of sugar to it. That in itself is good enough to ruin your diet.
